Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in phone-based or call center environments.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner.
• Resolve questions on permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Use critical thinking to resolve issues outside standard processes.
• Own customer issues through resolution, escalating when needed.
• Follow up by phone or email to confirm resolution.
