Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone-based customer support in tech/fintech.
• Proven track record of meeting call center KPIs (volume, AHT, FCR, CSAT).
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle 25-40 inbound customer support calls per day with professionalism.
• Resolve crypto transaction issues and account access in real time.
• Document interactions in CRM and report on common call drivers.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining customer communication.
