You will resolve technical questions, guide customers through workflows, and demonstrate platform features to ensure smooth usage.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or related tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations to customers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and use of the software.
• Guide customers through workflows and features, enabling independent issue resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to illustrate key features.
• Investigate issues by analyzing data, identify root causes, and determine actions.
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions work and maintain a positive experience.
