Job summary
Gramian Consulting Group is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role, supporting a SaaS platform used by construction contractors in the U.S. You will resolve technical issues, guide customers through workflows, and deliver demonstrations to help users realize value from the software.
Candidates should have at least 2 years in customer or technical support, be fluent in English, and comfortable with CRM tools and Excel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to explain key features.
- Investigate issues to identify root causes and determine solutions.
- Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
