Travelingmedic is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS industry, supporting Latin American customers and contractors. You will be the first point of contact for permit filings, account setup, and platform usage, helping projects move forward.

The role emphasizes problem solving over scripts, with a focus on English communication, thoughtful inquiry, and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers via phone or email to confirm issues are resolved.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
