Job summary

Prometeo Talent, collaborating with a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a fully remote role targeting the Latin American market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling permit filings, account management, and platform usage.

A strong focus on problem-solving and ownership is essential. You will log interactions, learn the platform deeply, and collaborate with product and operations teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and maintain platform knowledge.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
