Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct platform demos and explain workflows clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, and document handling.
- Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to resolve issues.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
