Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
- Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRMs.
- Experience delivering platform demos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with proactive mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup.
- Guide customers through features and workflows.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
