Mercor is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving LATAM customers. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, perform demonstrations, and troubleshoot SaaS issues, while guiding users through workflows and best practices.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, and effective communication to deliver a superior customer experience across multiple browser-based applications.

Formación

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems or related tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, filings, and usage.
