Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This fully remote role spans the Americas, with scheduling aligned to Pacific Time. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, ensuring a fair and inclusive process.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication skills. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and help build talent

• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS, and support recruiting metrics and reporting

Location & Work Schedule

• **Location:** Remote - Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia
• **Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/CST

Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and over all fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum of **1-2 years of recruiting experience**, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring. Bilingual Spanish/English skills
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as **Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.

This role is fully remote, supporting recruiting efforts across the Americas.

This role requires the selected candidate to work aligning their schedule with the Pacific Standard Time timezone.
