Kelly is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own high-volume interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones. The role focuses on keeping the process moving quickly while protecting an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting coordination or heavy scheduling in admin roles, with strong English communication and the ability to work across US time zones.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high workload with frequently changing priorities.
• High responsiveness, strong follow-through, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple tools and systems.
• Experience with modern ATS and coordinating across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule phone screens, panel interviews, and final interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage high volumes of scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes.
• Prepare and send interview confirmations, calendar invites, logistics, and reminders.
• Ensure interview plans are accurate and complete, including attendees and time zones.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to resolve constraints and find workable solutions.
• Own the logistics of the offer process, including generating and sending offer letters.
