Futureproofing is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to design, train, and deploy production-grade computer vision and AI playbooks. You will build scalable knowledge bases and enablement content for the Service Desk and OSS to improve first-contact resolution.

• Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art vision models for object detection, classification, and attribute extraction.
• Build low-latency ingestion and processing pipelines for high-throughput video and image streams (RTSP, WebRTC, frame decoding).
• Work on Plate Recognition (LPR/ANPR), OCR, and multi-object tracking (MOT).
• Optimize model performance for cloud and edge deployment using TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO.
• Curate, annotate, and augment visual datasets and establish automated retraining and evaluation loops.
• Maintain and improve production-grade CV/DL workflows across teams.
