Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to design knowledge content and deliver targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS, improving first-contact resolution and support readiness.

You will track adoption and value metrics, produce dashboards and leadership readouts, maintain AI playbooks with version control, and collaborate across a matrixed organization to turn insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and aligning priorities across teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling, and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track adoption and value metrics and segment insights by persona and region.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated content and training.
