AgileEngine seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own automation for desktop and web applications, while also performing manual testing to validate features. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred candidates have strong QA automation experience, hands-on Playwright/WebdriverIO, and familiarity with Electron/React Native app testing on real devices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset focused on holistic quality.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions and correlate failures to bugs.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
