Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also handles manual testing for our desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure fast, reliable validation across platforms.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in QA automation.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
