Lago is seeking an Operations Coordinator/VA to own the full customer lifecycle—from lead response through post‑service follow‑up—in a remote LATAM setup. The role emphasizes high ownership: rapid lead response, clear customer communication, scheduling and operations coordination, review generation, and supporting the cleaning team.

It requires independent decision‑making and strong operational judgment. 2+ years in operations or VA roles, advanced English, and experience with Jobber/LeadTruffle

Formación

• 2+ years experience in operations, customer service, or VA roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) (B2-C1).
• Experience using scheduling or CRM systems (Jobber preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple communication channels.
• Strong emotional intelligence and de-escalation skills.
• Full-time availability aligned with US business hours.
• Experience using LeadTruffle, Jobber, and social profiles for outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management and conversion from inquiry to booked estimates.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate field visits; ensure calendar accuracy.
• Drive review generation and maintain local marketing presence.
• Serve as a communication bridge between cleaners and customers.
• Coach, document SOPs, and uphold quality standards.
