Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a talented Product Design Intern to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, collaborating with product managers and engineers. You’ll build wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes while contributing to the design system in Figma.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
Hands-on UI/UX or product design experience with digital products (internships, coursework, freelance, or projects).
Strong English communication skills.
Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
Experience with Claude or similar AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers and engineers to design user-friendly features across Sezzle’s platforms.
Create wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and interaction flows balancing clarity, aesthetics, and usability.
Contribute to design system by building and documenting reusable components in Figma.
Ensure consistency of design language and branding across product components.
Participate in user research and testing to inform and refine work.
Present design work and rationale to team and stakeholders, iterating on feedback.
