Sezzle is seeking a curious Product Intern to join our Payments & Fees team, offering a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and data teams to understand payment flows, support dashboards, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in a dynamic fintech setting, with exposure to agile processes, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work.
• Curious and logical mindset; enjoys problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with data; willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus.
• Experience with internships/projects in product/fintech/data is a plus.
• Experience with Claude or comparable LLM tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the product manager by drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes to the payments service.
• Gather background context from multiple stakeholders and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Learn and apply SQL to query payment data and help create dashboards for payment performance.
• Maintain clear internal documentation for payment flows, fees, and processes.
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

Bachelor's degree (pursuing) in Business/CS/Economics/Finance or related field
