Sezzle is seeking a curious Product Intern to join the Payments & Fees team. The role offers hands-on experience in backlog management, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You'll support the product manager, learn payment workflows, and help build dashboards while gaining exposure to agile rituals and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Natural curiosity and a logical mindset; you enjoy working through problems, aren't afraid to ask questions, and get satisfaction from figuring things out.
• Effective written and verbal communication — you can summarize a complex topic clearly and ask the right questions to fill in gaps.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes and improvements to the payments service.
• Help the product manager stay on top of inputs from multiple stakeholders by gathering background context, summarizing key information, and preparing materials ahead of provider meetings.
• Learn and apply SQL to query payment data and support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that track payment performance, processing failures, and operational health.
• Maintain clear internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes.
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.
