Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work under the hood
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with data; willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes to the payments service
• Gather background context and prepare materials for provider meetings
• Learn and apply SQL to query payment data and support dashboards
• Maintain clear internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and processes
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
