Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights.

Must have 4+ years in Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources; English at an upper-intermediate level. Join our Agile, distributed team and help drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
Solid SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and SAP-based sources.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Support onboarding of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting across the data flow.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile, distributed team environment.
