Stay’d is seeking an Outbound Marketing Specialist to own email campaigns, direct mail, and AI-powered outreach across LATAM. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, optimizing for owner signings and meetings rather than opens.

Remote role open to Latin America, reporting to the Marketing Director. Experience with Lob, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and data-driven outbound is a plus. Compensation USD 1,700–2,000 per month.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience running email and direct mail end to end with measurable results.
• Data literacy: ability to build segments from sources and justify them.
• Daily use of AI to personalize, write and analyze outreach.
• Rigorous deliverability and list hygiene practices.
• Clear math of funnel costs and channel economics.
• Bias for testing and iterative improvements.
• Excellent written English.

• Email campaigns: owner-acquisition sequences, nurture tracks, re-engagement.
• Direct mail end to end: cards, letters, mailers, schedules, tracking.
• Build audiences from StaydOS data and external sources.
• AI-powered outreach that scores, personalizes, and tests variants.
• Route qualified responses to CRM and sales with context.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and do-not-contact flags.
• Track cost per meeting and per signed owner per channel.
• Publish a repeatable outbound playbook for new brands.
