Job summary

Workana LLC is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations & Growth for a fully remote role based in Latin America. You will lead one integrated marketing strategy, manage external agencies and contractors across PPC, email/SMS, SEO, CRO, social, and content, and align campaigns with product launches and seasonality.

The role reports to executive leadership and requires fluent English and US time-zone overlap. You will own weekly reporting, optimize unit economics, and build repeatable workflows so

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in marketing/operations for a multi-million-dollar ecommerce/DTC brand.
• Experience coordinating multi-agency and contractor marketing setups.
• Strong hands-on background with affiliate, influencer, and creator programs.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, MER, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Experience planning/promoting major events (BFCM) and product launches with inventory coordination.
• Ability to work independently with high autonomy and build scalable marketing systems.
• Fluent English; Latin America resident with US time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute one integrated marketing strategy across all agencies, briefs, and accountability framework.
• Manage external vendors covering paid media, email/SMS, SEO, CRO, social, and organic content.
• Direct US execution while adapting growth plans for Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU.
• Lead affiliate and creator program management: onboarding, briefs, content, tracking, optimization.
• Coordinate major product launches and campaigns with operations/inventory to match demand and fulfillment.
• Establish SOPs and documentation to enable autonomous marketing execution.
• Deliver a weekly executive dashboard tracking revenue, margins, ad spend, ROAS/MER, CAC, and LTV by market.
• Monitor budgets and flag underperforming channels or campaigns.
