Job summary

Stay'd Collective is looking for a Sales Manager to own sales operations for a team of 10+ agents. You will coach, optimize processes, and build repeatable systems with clear KPIs and SOPs. The role sits remotely in LATAM and follows US Eastern Time hours across brands and markets.

You will lead from the floor, owning targets and forecasting, while collaborating with leadership, marketing and brand teams to drive growth across the collective. Excellent English and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading a sales team (10+ agents).
• Proven track record improving performance through coaching and processes.
• Experience building SOPs and running KPIs with clear dashboards.
• Comfort with a CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent English; able to work US Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales operations for Stay'd.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of 10+ sales agents.
• Set, track and report on team and individual KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs for repeatable performance.
• Identify blockers and fix them through process or tool improvements.
• Keep pipeline accuracy and honest forecasts.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents as the team grows.
