Job summary

Stay’d is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to drive visibility for eight brands across LATAM. You will own social media, reels and video production, while coordinating owner and agent events with local teams remotely.

You will create content without relying on agencies, manage calendars for multiple brands, and own lead-generating campaigns. Strong English writing and experience with AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and marketing content, including editing short-form video quickly and well.
• Ability to manage calendars for eight brands and coordinate events in the same week.
• Experience planning and coordinating events remotely, from invites to follow-up.
• Daily use of AI tools like CapCut, Descript, Canva AI, Claude or ChatGPT in your creative workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead social strategy, calendar, production, posting and community management for every brand across platforms.
• Create reels, short-form video, carousels and property showcases, edited in-house or with local teams.
• Develop AI-scaled creative: scripts, hooks, captions, and asset variants across brands.
• Run real estate agent campaigns and referral programs that generate owner leads.
• Schedule and coordinate owner mixers, agent events, sponsorships and local activations end to end.
