Stay'd is seeking a Sales Manager to own sales operations, lead a 10+ person sales team, and establish repeatable processes. You will coach, set KPIs, build SOPs, and ensure accurate forecasting while partnering with leadership, marketing and brand teams.

The role requires owning performance outcomes and driving results in a remote LATAM environment with US Eastern Time hours. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years as a Sales Manager, a proven coaching record, CRM fluency, and strong English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, leading and coaching a sales team.
• Proven track record of improving performance through coaching, process and data.
• Experience building SOPs and running a team on clear KPIs.
• Comfort with a CRM and sales reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English and clear communication.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all sales operations for Stay'd.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of 10+ sales agents.
• Set, track and report on team and individual KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs so good performance is repeatable.
• Identify what is holding performance back and fix it (skill, process or tool).
• Keep the pipeline accurate and the forecast honest.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents as the team grows.
