Job summary

Hustler Marketing Llc is seeking an experienced account manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will craft brand messaging in Claude, run SEO, social, and paid media, and build efficient workflows for recurring tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing, strong tracking know-how, and near-native English for client updates. The role is fully remote, LATAM-based, with US Central time hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients in an agency or independent practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; ability to build something with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts simultaneously, often multi-location.
• Strong brand and copy judgment with clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels within about two weeks.
• Verify that conversion tracking counts real bookings before adjusting budgets.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates; draft in Claude and edit to client voice.
• Operate SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad-account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so numbers read clearly and compare CPAs to shift budgets.
• Convert repeat tasks into Claude workflows for weekly use by the team.
• Join client calls, including in other time zones.
