Job summary

Power Digital Marketing seeks an Account Manager for a fully remote LATAM role, paid in USD as a contractor. You will own partner relationships across higher education and nonprofit sectors, coordinating campaigns, tracking, and reporting while coordinating with diverse teams across time zones.

You will onboard new accounts, maintain strong communications, and translate needs into actionable directions. This role emphasizes ownership, proactive collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience for clients, agency or own practice.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience in marketing/agency settings.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, proactive, and client-focused.
• Native or near-native English for client calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner success across the lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing management.
• Lead onboarding, ensuring sites and tracking are live within ~2 weeks.
• Manage multi-location campaigns with clear reporting and budget pacing.
• Write brand messaging and client updates, drafted in Claude and refined for client voice.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end and keep internal teams aligned on scope and timelines.
• Support onboarding and new business activities as needed.
