Sur is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding and ongoing health for a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will analyze performance data, translate insights into product roadmap input, and guide clients through onboarding, check-ins, and reviews.

The role is remote with fixed US Eastern hours, requiring strong English communication, basic SQL, and a hands-on, builder mindset. You will collaborate with sales and engineering as needed and maintain a proactive, async work rhythm.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a software company.
• Excellent written and spoken English; regular video calls with founders/marketing leads.
• Comfort with data: spreadsheet skills and dashboard interpretation.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) for drafting, analyzing, prototyping, and automating.

Responsabilidades

• Run onboarding for new brands with kickoff calls, handoffs, training, and visible wins.
• Maintain regular check-ins and monitor account health.
• Analyze performance data and tie it to conversions, bounce, and revenue.
• Prepare and present account reviews, reports, and dashboards live.
• Escalate technical issues to engineering with clear problem statements.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with deals, notes, next steps, and health.
• Support sales on discovery calls when needed.
