Stayd Collective is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for a remote, full-time position. You will own the payables cycle across our portfolio, ensuring accurate vendor coding and owner statements.

Daily work with Guesty and QuickBooks Online, maintaining vendor records and ensuring all activity is documented and audit-ready. The role requires EST overlap and occasional weekend work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years preferred, with a U.S./Canada/Australia/UK employer.
• 2+ years of property management or vacation rental accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily vendor Accounts Payable transactions through Guesty.
• Post reimbursable operating expenses in QuickBooks Online.
• Code invoices to property, entity, and expense category accurately (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, etc.).
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Complete monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Onboard new vendors and collect W-9 documentation.
• Prepare annual 1099 filings.
