Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will help customers with inquiries, reservations, and general support while upholding a professional and helpful attitude.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations and general questions.
