Roche Argentina seeks a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement the molecular portfolio and related marketing strategies. You will act as the single point of contact for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, driving market development and strategic commercial models to maximize value for customers and patients.

Ideal candidates have a health-science degree, marketing or business development experience in the Diagnostic (IVD) space, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• University degree in Health Sciences; MBA or related postgraduate degree desirable.
• Marketing or business development experience in Diagnostic (IVD) within South American health systems.
• Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products and competitive landscapes in the region.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Suite, Office, CRM, and Agile tools (Miro, Jamboard).
• Upper-intermediate English; strong communication and travel willingness.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement portfolio, marketing, and business strategies for the Molecular area.
• Serve as SPOC for molecular portfolio and disease management topics.
• Drive market development and strategic commercial models.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and product launches.
• Manage lifecycle of molecular products, pricing, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and external stakeholders.
• Lead Disease Area squads and integrate market voice into strategies.
