Job summary

You will be the SPOC for portfolio and disease management, driving market development and co-creating strategic commercial models to maximize value for customers and patients.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of molecular products, strategic thinking, and collaboration with diverse teams across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Postgraduate business qualification highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development in diagnostic markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as SPOC for portfolio topics.
• Collaborate with sales, market access, medical and external stakeholders.
• Develop marketing plans, business cases, and lifecycle plans.
• Drive pricing, product mix, and portfolio profitability.
