Competenze

• University degree in Health Sciences or related field required.
• Post-graduate degree (MBA) highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostics (IVD).

• Establish and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Drive portfolio positioning and disease management strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, digital strategies, and lifecycle plans.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of molecular products including pricing and profitability.
• Lead OneRoche approach across portfolios and collaborate with sales on account plans.
• Act as SPOC for molecular topics and participate in regional/global initiatives.
• Lead Disease Area squads and connect market voice to portfolio strategies.
