Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement business, marketing, and portfolio strategies for the Molecular area. You will act as the SPOC for molecular portfolio and launches, driving market development and strategic commercial models with a OneRoche mindset.

You will build plans with cross-functional teams, lead disease area squads, and collaborate with sales, market access, and external stakeholders to maximize value for customers and patients while supporting regional

Formación

University degree in Health Sciences; MBA or business degree is highly desirable.
Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostic (IVD) markets; knowledge of South American health systems.
Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products and regional competition.

Responsabilidades

Establish portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular; align with DIA strategy.
Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales and external stakeholders to drive disease management.
Develop strategic marketing plans, digital strategies, and lifecycle plans.
Lead disease area squads and act as Product Owner where applicable.
Serve as SPOC for molecular portfolio and launches regionally or globally.
