• University degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• MBA or business degree is desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of South American health systems.
• English at upper-intermediate level; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement portfolio strategies for Molecular area.
• Act as SPOC for molecular topics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive market development and strategic commercial models.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and digital strategies.
• Lead Disease Area squads and collaborate with sales teams.
• Ensure portfolio profitability and lifecycle management.
