Job summary

Roche seeks a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement business strategies for the Molecular portfolio. You will serve as SPOC for portfolio and disease management, driving market development and strategic commercial models to maximize patient and customer value.

Lead cross-functional teams, build external connections with KOLs/HCPs, and ensure alignment with DIA strategy while advancing Roche’s market access and product lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostics (IVD) markets; knowledge of SA health systems.
• Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products and market context.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Drive portfolio positioning and disease management in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, launches, and lifecycle management.
• Manage full commercial lifecycle of molecular products, including pricing and profitability.
• Foster OneRoche approach and co-create strategic account plans with sales teams.
• Act as SPOC for molecular portfolio topics and participate in disease management initiatives.
• Lead Disease Area squads and integrate market voice into portfolio strategies.
