Job summary

Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead for Molecular to design and implement business, marketing, and portfolio strategies across the product lifecycle. You will serve as the SPOC for molecular portfolio topics, collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and external stakeholders, and lead Disease Area squads to align market voice with strategic plans.

Qualifications

University degree in Health Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine or related fields)
Experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the Diagnostic (IVD) market and knowledge of South American health systems
Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products, pathologies, and competitive landscapes in the region
Strategic vision and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Suite, Office, CRM, and Agile tools (Miro, Jamboard)
Upper-intermediate English with strong communication skills and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Establish and implement overall portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
Drive portfolio positioning and disease management with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and launch/phase-out plans across the product lifecycle.
Manage full commercial lifecycle of molecular products with optimal product mix and pricing.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate market voice into portfolio strategies.
