Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead for Molecular, fully remote and based in Argentina. You will design and implement portfolio, marketing, and market development strategies across the Molecular area, acting as SPOC for portfolio topics and driving strategic plans with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, BD, Sales, and external stakeholders to maximize value for customers and patients while aligning with DIA strategy. English required; travel may be needed.

Formación

• University degree in Health Sciences; MBA or related business degree is highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostics (IVD) or related.
• Strong technical/clinical understanding of molecular products and regional markets.
• Strategic vision with analytical skills and proficiency in common collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Act as SPOC for molecular portfolio, product, and launch topics.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, BD, Sales, and external stakeholders.
• Lead Disease Area squads and integrate market voice into portfolio strategies.
• Develop strategic marketing plans, business cases, and product lifecycle plans.
