Job summary

Roche seeks a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement business and portfolio strategies for the Molecular area. You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for molecular portfolio and disease management topics, driving market development and strategic commercial models across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields) with an MBA desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development, preferably in Diagnostics (IVD) with knowledge of South American health systems.
• Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products, pathologies, and competitive landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Drive portfolio positioning and disease management in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, digital strategies, and lifecycle plans.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of molecular products, ensuring profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as SPOC for molecular topics.
