Job summary

Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative for a remote role. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate product and policy information while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, problem solving, and collaboration, and can manage reservations, changes, and follow-ups with a courteous, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and self-manage.
• Comfort with computers and CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
