Job summary

Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, provide accurate product and policy information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will resolve questions, manage reservations, follow up on requests, and maintain records in our CRM while delivering courteous support and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or admin is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are addressed.
