CS Outsource is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms. You will craft SEO-friendly titles and descriptions to drive bookings and ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, and policies.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in short-term rental or listing management, strong written English, and proficiency with PMS tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, or Lodgify.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in short-term rental or listing management.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel manager platforms (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify).

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and optimize property listings across platforms.
• Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions to drive bookings.
• Ensure listing details, pricing, availability, and policies are accurate.
• Organize photos, captions, and listing order to improve presentation.
• Coordinate with operations and property management to reflect the property.
• Monitor listing performance, views, and booking trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve listing quality and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot listing issues with platform support.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all channels.
