CS Outsource is seeking a highly organized Property Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding of new properties. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to ensure every property is ready before going live.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, listing setup on Airbnb/VRBO/Booking.com, PMS configuration, and maintaining onboarding trackers with cross-functional teams to ensure launch deadlines are met.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in property management or hospitality across short-term rentals.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.

• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and property setup.
• Create and verify property listings, descriptions, amenities, house rules, and check-in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, documentation, and status updates.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure a smooth transition after launch.
• Identify missing information or potential operational issues and proactively address them.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with property owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to ensure every property is fully prepared and operational before going live.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties.
• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details, and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms.
• Configure properties within the PMS/channel manager and ensure accurate rates, availability, fees, and policies.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, or Hospitable is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and operational tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
