Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
• Develop customer engagement strategies for acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Segment audiences based on behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Create personalized campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Coordinate calendars, content requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging and segmentation.
• Monitor key metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, and LTV.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
