Schedule includes coverage 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with shifts overlapping US business hours. Remote position with opportunities to collaborate via Zendesk and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience, ideally with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Solid bookkeeping, tax return review and payroll knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently.
• Comfortable explaining technical topics to nontechnical customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and payroll questions.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
