Job summary

Qualifications

Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll and financial reporting.
Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries, tax notices, and customer-facing financial support.
Excellent written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email-style tickets and scheduled calls.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records; identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows.
