Accenture Argentina is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires strong technical accounting judgment and independent investigation to resolve issues.

The candidate should have CPA/EA credentials and proven ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Remote work with US coverage is available.

Formación

• Demonstrated professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and tax notices for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and independent problem solving abilities.
• Ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced technology-driven environment with evolving workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email, and scheduled phone support.
• Independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
