Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated issues and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Explain complex accounting/tax topics to nontechnical customers.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Learn and adapt to proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
