Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift replies
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volumes while maintaining a personal touch
• Track performance and adjust approach based on data
